Holy Ghost was a portuguese religious group - IDES-run by the Portugese fraternal society, Iranandade do Divino Espirito Santo, or I.D.E.S. built is at 1300 Boulevard Way, Saranap It was at this location that iin 1967 Jerry Garcia and his band, The Grateful Dead played. Holy Ghost Parade in Walnut Creek, 1920's. Was sold to the Sufi org at some time. still used by them as a school 2015. |
